Jeremy Lord

Jeremy is a born problem solver, and responding to problems with well thought-out design solutions is second nature to him.

Jeremy joined the FHA in 2015 where his design-led problem solving approach, coupled with experience of delivering multi-phase residential developments, quickly established him as a key member of the team playing a pivotal role in a number of projects, including the redevelopment of the St Johns Hill Estate (Clapham) and Island Point (Isle of Dogs).

Before joining FHA Jeremy spent 10 years working for one of the leading European play manufacturers. Through his work he developed a thorough understanding of how children learn through play, and especially how it helps them to understand their surroundings. Importantly, Jeremy’s landscapes are designed to enable play, and not dictate it. His unique insight into how people interact with both designed and natural landscapes shapes the way he problem solves for FHA.

Jeremy has a passion for photography and hand sketching, and is currently training for his first ever half marathon.
