Joy has worked for Farrer Huxley Associates (FHA) in a range of capacities for over seven years. Her creative work includes urban and garden design for residential, education, public realm, play spaces, and private homes. This includes projects such as William Patten Primary School and Regents Park play area. Other roles that Joy has had whilst working for FHA includes business development and brand. She worked on the bid team that won the Maritime Streets open competition in Barrow as well as successfully getting on to frameworks such as the Royal Parks and Peabody Trust.
